RideMesh Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RideMesh collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when riders, drivers, and administrators use the RideMesh platform and related services.
Data Collection
RideMesh collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, profile details, support messages, and account credentials. We may also collect trip information, timestamps, device details, and app usage data required to operate the service.
Firebase Services
RideMesh uses Firebase services such as authentication, database, analytics, storage, and cloud functions to operate core platform features. These services may process account identifiers, app events, uploaded records, and operational data on our behalf.
Stripe Payments
RideMesh uses Stripe for payment processing and related financial operations. Payment card information is handled by Stripe under its own security and compliance controls. RideMesh may store limited payment metadata, transaction references, payout status, and billing records necessary for customer support, reconciliation, and fraud prevention.
Location Tracking
RideMesh processes location data to support ride requests, driver matching, route coordination, trip progress, and operational safety. If location permissions are enabled, we may collect precise or approximate location data while a trip is active or when required for core service functionality.
Driver Verification
Drivers may be asked to provide verification details such as identity information, licensing records, vehicle data, profile images, or other documents required for onboarding, compliance, and safety review.
Security
RideMesh uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and secure operational systems.

Children’s Privacy
RideMesh is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable legal requirements.
